Peter is the Director of Project SkyPower, a CEO-led action coalition to make e-SAF a commercial reality in Europe by 2030.
Isha Moharir is an MSc Aerospace Engineering student at TU Delft and the Team Manager of AeroDelft, where the team is developing one of the world’s first liquid hydrogen-powered crewed aircraft. She leads a multidisciplinary team focused on integrating and testing hydrogen propulsion systems in a real aircraft environment. She is driven by the belief that sustainable aviation must move from ambition to implementation, and that proving hydrogen in flight is a crucial step toward Net Zero aviation.
Dr Ruth Purvis is a NCAS research fellow working in air quality in the Wolfson Atmospheric Chemistry Laboratories. Ruth’s recent research has been in the area of oil and gas emissions both onshore and offshore.
Dr Sanjeev Gajjela is the Founder and CEO of PySAF Ltd, a UK-based innovator developing a nextgeneration biomass biocrude platform that produces refineryready intermediates for sustainable aviation fuel, marine fuels, chemicals and advanced materials. With over 20 years’ experience in biocrudetofuel R&D, scaleup and commercialisation, he has filed more than 30 patents and led multimilliondollar SAF and lowcarbon fuel projects with global industry and academic partners.
Andy Smith specialises in airline network planning and economics. He has over 25 years industry experience, having led in senior roles in major airlines in the U.K., Africa and Asia. For the last five years, Andy has focused on the industry’s decarbonisation pathways and how to mitigate their operational and financial impacts. He is a regular public speaker and consultant to the industry on the topics of Advanced Air Mobility and the economics of airline decarbonisation.
Andrew Chadwick is a Chartered Engineer and Managing Director of Ventura System Solutions, providing expert advice in aviation decarbonisation, Advanced Air Mobility, zero emission flight, and airport innovation.
Sebastien Cross founded BeZero Carbon with Tommy Ricketts in 2020. As Chief Innovation Officer, he focuses on staying ahead of regulatory and market developments, identifying opportunities to enhance BeZero’s analytical and product offering as the carbon markets evolve. Prior to founding BeZero Carbon, Sebastien worked in research at Bank of America, focusing on fixed income markets. He began his career as an economist at the Bank of England. He has an MSc in Finance & Economics from Warwick Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Sheffield.
