Keeley is Deputy Head of Low Carbon Fuels at the UK Government’s Department for Transport. She heads up teams responsible for the SAF Mandate and Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation. Keeley has worked on development of low carbon fuel policy and legislation for 17 years and has a background as an environmental scientist.
