Noura Rouissi

Noura Rouissi works within the EU Delegation to the U.K. in London, where she leads on Transport and Fisheries matters. She was part of the European Commission UK Task Force, negotiating the transport parts of the EU-UK TCA. Noura worked extensively on EU aviation policy within the European Commission, notably on airlines’ licences, airport regulations, ICAO matters, air passenger rights. She holds a Master degree in EU Law (University of Bordeaux) and an LL.M. degree in Air & Space Law (University of Leiden).
