Dr Mai Bui holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Monash University, Australia. She joined the Supercritical team in September 2024 as the Director of Climate Science after previously serving as a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Environmental Policy, Imperial College London, and co-leading the Clean Fossil and Bioenergy Research Group. Her professional roles have spanned academia, policy and industry, and she brings over 14 years of research and consulting experience on carbon dioxide removal (CDR), carbon capture and storage (CCS) and clean energy technologies.
